Do you ship to (insert obscure country)?
Rather than go through the extensive check-box list of countries we could choose to ship too, I just checked off the main ones (US, Canada, UK). However, if you live someplace else, send an e-mail to email@example.com with your request and we'll gladly add your country to the list.
Your movie sucks, can I return it and get a refund?
Well, that depends. You see, all of our movies can be viewed for free on our website, www.gangentertainment.org. Therefore, we expect that anybody who buys the DVD knows exactly what they are getting. In the event of damaged or glitchy discs, then by all means send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org reporting the problem and we'll gladly send you a free replacement disc. However, we will not provide cash refunds on items purchased.
How soon after I place my order will my items ship?
We try to ship your orders as soon as humanly possible. Since we are not a full-time business, we often have other obligations that unfortunately take precedence of our Gang Entertainment duties. On average, your order should ship no later than a week after it was placed. If it takes longer than that, feel free to send an e-mail to email@example.com asking for a status update.
