The Gang may be perfect, but we are well aware that our technology is not. Did we send you a glitchy or scratched-up disc? Did your movie get destroyed in the mail? Or perhaps your DVDs fell into a volcano on their way to you? Whatever problem you may encounter, just let us know and we'll send replacement discs ASAP at no additional charge. Be sure to specifly whether you need NTSC (Region 1) or PAL (Region 2) discs (newly remastered movies are Region Free though). Additional questions can be sent to mike@gangentertainment.org.
